About inksmithy

I moved to the United Kingdom in December 2003, to marry a wonderful lady in 2004, which union has produced 2 lovely children. My interests lie chiefly among the technical areas, robotics, programming, artificial intelligence, that sort of thing. Unfortunately, it isn't being used properly most of the time, with software patents and pointless bickering over recyclable ideas and hardware. I'm a bit of an inventor, and I'll often spend time on this blog typing up ideas which may never come to fruition. I have a couple of projects which I do work on a fair bit and I'll be writing about them as well.

Bottom Feeding Oxygen Thieves

News International – A Caution

Been a few days since I last posted about this issue, but there have been some amazing developments in the story. The more I read about it and the more outlandish things get, the more I keep hearing that tiny … Continue reading

Sunday Filth

Not neccessarily filthy, that was just a name we used to describe pretty much anything my dad cooked in the kitchen. The stuff he did wasn’t terribly structured, but it definitely had loads of flavour. Mine is much the same, … Continue reading

Chicken and Tarragon in a Creamy White Wine and Mustard Sauce.

I’ve typed this recipe out a few times, hopefully this will be the last. This is one of my favourites, as it is one of the first meals I ever really cooked from scratch, without referring to a recipe. I … Continue reading
